Store Policy
We are a Cherokee Family Farm where all of our seeds are NON-GMO! The seeds that we offer are heirloom and open pollinated varieties. We believe our seeds have exceptional taste and other qualities that set them apart. Many of the seeds we sell have cultural significance to the Cherokee and Appalachian people. We are happy to encourage others to grow, save, and share seeds. This ensures the seed varieties can be available for future generations.
Shipping and Exchange Policy
We usually ship within 3-5 business days. We only ship within the United States. When ordering seeds, please make sure that it is a current home address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you would need to cover the costs of reshipping your item.

Since the germination and growth of every seed has so many variables, we can not give refunds on seeds. We do germination tests every year to insure the good quality of our seeds.
For pottery, please pay close attention to the description, size, etc. Due to the handling, packaging, and shipping of pottery, we do not offer refunds. If there are problems or damage due to shipment, please contact us here.
