Hales Best Cantaloupe Seeds

This heirloom classic was developed by a japanese market gardener in California in the 1920’s. These are thick-walled oval melons with golden colored netting. Very aromatic and sweet flavored, these fruits range from 3-5 pounds each. Cantaloupes are easy to grow and produce an excellent harvest. They like hot weather and can grow on a trellis to save space in the garden. Usually takes 90 days from seed to ripe fruit.
